You may return an item in its original
condition for a refund or credit within 10 days of receiving. Shipping
charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns
must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please
contact us for proper shipping address. After a return has
been received, it may take 5-7 days to process. We suggest using
UPS or
insured Parcel Post for your protection. All returns require authorization
prior to returning.
All damages must be noted with carrier
at time of delivery. If damage is concealed please contact carrier for
inspection. We can not be held liable for carrier damage.
If an item you ordered is out of
stock, it will be back-ordered automatically.
Shipping will be via a carrier of our
choice.
At this time we only ship within the
United States. Sorry we can not ship to PO Boxes.
